Ruth ann minner biography

Minner began her political career working as a receptionist in the Delaware House of Representatives. She focused on education reform, healthcare, and economic development during her tenure as Governor. She also expanded her education specialist program, which has placed reading specialists in every elementary school, to also include a plan to place math specialists in every Delaware middle school.
